SHIPPING
We collaborate with major global shipping leaders such as DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, and NovaPost (depending on the availability of the carrier in your country).
Estimated delivery times depending on the destination:
• USA: 4–6 business days.
• Germany: 4–8 business days. Free standard shipping.
• Canada: 7–12 business days.
• Europe: 4–8 business days.
• Australia: 10–15 business days.
• Ukraine: 1–3 business days.
Please note that international shipping may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, but we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
The processing and shipping time for your order is within 1-2 business days. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not operate on Sundays.

For your convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide. You can also make payments via PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. The shipping cost is paid by the customer in advance.

• Over $750: Free shipping

Free Shipping for Orders Over $750
We offer free shipping for orders exceeding $750. This allows you to save on shipping costs, while we take care of the rest.
GUARANTEES
We are fully responsible for our products and delivery. In case of damage during delivery or loss of the package, we will send you a new product for free. Therefore, there is no cause for concern.
We provide a 1 year manufacturing warranty for each of our products. If the product has any fractures or damages that have appeared during usage and it is connected to the quality of manufacturing or materials we will replace it.
What taxes or duties do I need to pay?
Due to the size and value of your package, buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes. The tax amount depends on your country’s regulations and typically ranges from $50 to $70 USD.
