Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges. If the item is in good condition but you still wish to return it, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case of a return due to product damage, we will send you a new product free of charge. However, the shipping costs for these replacement parts must be covered by the buyer.

If a refund is agreed upon, you will receive the funds within 1-2 business days.

Please contact us after delivery and return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Custom orders (made-to-order items) cannot be canceled. Returns and exchanges for such products will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

COMPENSATION FOR RETURNED ITEMS

Compensation for a returned item will only be processed after the item is received and its condition is verified. If the inspection reveals any damage, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund or provide a partial refund if the item's condition can be restored.

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS

If certain parts are accidentally damaged during assembly, we can manufacture new parts for replacement and send them to the buyer. However, the shipping costs for these replacement parts will be covered by the buyer.

CALCULATION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order value may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

How will this affect your purchase?

For some international customers who are required to pay customs duties, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs office requesting payment for your order at customs. Once you complete the payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for final delivery.

What taxes or duties do I need to pay?

Due to the size and value of your package, buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes. The tax amount depends on your country’s regulations and typically ranges from $50 to $70 USD.

NestWood is not responsible for these costs.

Unfortunately, NestWood does not have information about specific taxes and duties that may apply to international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Customs fees are usually minimal and represent only a small percentage of your order value. In most cases, they must be paid upon delivery when your package arrives in your country.

LOST PARCELS AND COMPENSATION / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If the order was not delivered due to incorrect recipient information provided by the buyer, no refund will be issued. Please carefully verify your details - address and phone number - when placing an order. No refunds for unclaimed packages. These parcels can be resent to the buyer. In this case, the shipping costs are double the shipping cost paid by the buyer. ❗Buyer bears full responsibility for incorrectly provided phone numbers or delivery addresses specified by them during the order placement!

REFUND FOR CANCELED PURCHASE

In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only near 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
